March 15th, Dover Brickhouse. Be there!
We have a show on the 15th of march at the dover brickhouse. This is a friday night show. Its a mixed night.. Some acoustic stuff, some hip hop and vessel. Should be a really fun night.

Vessel had a great week this week. John ended up finally getting the guitar head of his dreams… Orange TH100. It sounds so so so .. so awesome. So clean and powerful and the gain is absolutely crushing. Musiciansfriend.com had the “stupid deal of the day” on Stephens dream guitar head. Half price on the 50w version of the combo he uses now. So we couldnt resist grabbing it. And Chris (the bass player) was able to score an 85 Tama Granstar kit for vessel to start gigging with. Sounds awesome. This next show and the shows beyond are going to sound amazing. We’re pumped and ready to put on an awesome show for everyone!
Vessel News– Shirts and Shows!
SHIRTS!! Well our first official shirt is in! We will have these at every show until we sell out. We have them here on the website for $12 ea.
SHOWS!!
we have a show this thursday Jan 24th at the shaskeen pub in manchester, NH . There is no cover charge. 21+ We will be playing with KYOTY and Thunderhawk. Two awesome bands that we are proud to share the stage with.
February 9th We also will be participating in the UnRegular Radio Battle of the bands competition called the Rompetition. We will be needing all the help we can get for this show. The band that has the most online votes and in crowd votes will automatically go the finals. The band with the highest over all score will also go to the finals. The judges account for most of the score but the band with most online votes get a 2pt advantage. We can also get another 2pt advantage for the most amount of in crowd votes. We have tickets. its a 21+ event. there are 8 bands total playing that night.
Vessel Show Info and Band News!
First off, we have a show october 28th at the Dover brickhouse. (2 orchard st, Dover, NH 03820) It’s an ALL AGES SHOW! cover is $10. Doors open at 6:30 We are up first and should start our set at 7pm. Sparks the Rescue is headlining the show with an acoustic set. So be upstairs and ready for us at 7pm!

In other news, our music has been submitted to iTunes. According to their scheduling we should be up and available for purchase within 48 hours! Our music was submitted today so if all goes to plan you should see us there on Thursday! We are very excited about this! In addition to itunes we’ve also been submitted to spotify. We’re not sure how long they take to process things.. but keep an eye out and let us know when you see us on the player.

We are so excited. Our cds are here. We can hold the physical manifestation of our efforts in the flesh. Its such an awesome feeling. We quickly took 40 cds to the local music store and dropped them off. So today is a big day for us. Album is here and already on the shelves. if you are local go grab a copy from Skeletone Records in Rochester, nh on Main st. Some good news!
Vessel should be able to start playing shows more often. We are happy to welcome Chris Boardman to the band as our alternate drummer! We hope to have everything down tight before the show on the 18th. We realize that once the CD is in our hands we have to start getting out there and play shows to sell it. This move to have an alternate drummer really takes some weight of Ricky’s shoulders. It’s been tough being a few states away, trying to work in shows with his work and teaching schedule. So this gives the band more flexibility, which is certainly needed. So come see us on the 18th and give us a listen! Our Cd will be here in time for the show on the 18th. since the show is free you should spend $10 and grab a copy of the album while you are there

Vessel has been invited to play with VYGR in manchester on October 18th. We’ll be opening the show and should be on at 9pm. The event details can be found on the event on the calendar.
Our Full length album is currently being manufactured and will be here on the 8th. So we will have cds for sale at the show!

Sent some money to the replicators and they are looking over the artwork. We received our barcode number yesterday for the album. we are so close to finally releasing this thing! We’ll keep you all updated! We are also trying to make an October 18th show workout too. Just trying to work out the job conflicts right now. We’d be playing with VYGR which would be a huge honor!
Show September 9th and Some Record news
The concert is during a HUGE Volkswagen car show at the castle. The car show runs from 10am-5pm. Th concert will be from 3:30-5pm. Admission to the carshow is $5. this includes access to the concert as well as a tour of the castle if you would like one. You are also free to enjoy the car show! They are expecting 1000+ show cars!
In other news. We will have our mastered copy of the cd tomorrow (tuesday the 21st) and have a week to listen and see if it needs any tweaks. We are scheduled to meet at the studio the following tuesday for any final things that need to be done. After that we will be sending our stuff to the manufacturer and getting the cds done! We want to thank you guys again for all the support and encouragement.

we have already raised $865 so far. A lot can happen in 3 days. If you haven’t had a chance to get out the kickstarter please do. You can preorder our cd and really give us some help in funding the cd production. We are so blessed to have some many awesome friends, family and fans that are helping us make this dream a reality. This album is coming together quite nicely. Tonight we are back in the studio to hopefully finish up the mixing and get us one step closer to sending out our masters to the cd manufacturers. The closer we get the more its starting to feel like Christmas. The anticipation of being able to hold a physical representation of all of our efforts is killing us! Again, we are so thankful for all who have donated and anyone who will donate in the last days of the fundraiser. I mentioned on our facebook that the next person to make a $50 donation will the be the first and only person to get a sneak peak at the album art. its finish and ready for the presses. Also as soon as we hit $900 we’ll be posting another song to the youtube channel. This way you can enjoy it before the album arrives.
